Remove forwarded syscalls

The criteria for removal are

1. The syscall forwarder does not modify arguments or pass additional
   arguments.
2. The syscall is not used outside of the syscall forwarder.

For the removed headers, appmgr.h is wrong, iofilemgr_syscall.h is
correct, and net_syscalls.h is unknown.
